Administrative Coordinator - Accounting For All

This combination allows us to operate efficiently at a local level while being backed by a broader national platform.What You’ll DoAs an Administrative Coordinator, you will serve as a highly visible and integral member of the team, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the office while delivering an exceptional client experience. Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will create a welcoming and professional environment and serve as a key support partner to internal teams.This role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak tax season, when priorities shift and workload increases. Success in this role depends on your ability to manage multiple responsibilities, maintain attention to detail, and provide high-quality support under pressure.Serve as the face of the office by welcoming clients and visitors, creating a professional, friendly, and responsive environmentManage front desk operations including answering phones, routing calls, and handling general inquiries with accuracy and efficiencyMaintain a clean, organized, and fully operational office environment, including managing supplies, coordinating vendors, and resolving facility-related needsReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and client documents; prepare and process outgoing mail and shipmentsSupport document management processes including scanning, filing, organizing, and maintaining accurate records in a paperless environmentAssist with client financial transactions including receiving payments, preparing deposits, and supporting basic bookkeeping or accounting-related administrative tasksProvide direct administrative support to accounting and operations teams, including data entry, reconciliation support, and client file maintenanceAssist with tax workflow processes, including organizing client documents, processing tax returns, and supporting e-filing activities during peak periodsCoordinate schedules, meetings, and internal activities, ensuring logistics and materials are prepared in advanceSupport special projects, reporting, and research initiatives as assigned by leadershipProactively identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows, organization, and office efficiencyAdapt to seasonal business needs, with increased hours and responsibilities during peak tax seasonWhat You’ll BringAssociate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or customer-facing experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience working in a paperless or digital document environment preferredExcellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skillsStrong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretionDemonstrated emotional intelligence, including professionalism, empathy, and sound judgmentSelf-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a part-time capacityWillingness to be flexible with scheduling, including increased hours during peak tax seasonWhat We OfferMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance (Coverage begins on the first of the month following your start date.)Paid Parental Leave401(k) Matching ProgramPre-Tax Commuter BenefitsPet InsuranceUnlimited Flexible Time Off7 Company‑Paid HolidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Base salary of $18.00-$21.00 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)Archer Lewis StoryArcher Lewis is a national accounting and advisory firm established in 2024 from local practice mergers, leveraging over 70 years of legacy.
