Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients, including precise assessments of suicide risk, and document these evaluations in compliance with ethical standards and reporting mandates.

• Deliver crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and support even in challenging situations or environments, demonstrating your ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical and support teams to develop comprehensive diagnostic and management plans for a variety of psychiatric disorders.

• Prepare detailed clinical reports and treatment plans, and consult on complex cases to enhance patient care.
\n
• Document all patient interactions, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary while ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Communicate effectively with care teams and clients; articulate recommendations to foster a collaborative approach to client care.
\n
• Create tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices for multiple mental health diagnoses, providing support and educational resources to clients.

• Be available for on-call crisis services and provide emergency consultations during scheduled workdays.
\n
• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments, including evaluations of any criminal or substance abuse history, to inform treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with mothers and other individuals from underrepresented communities who may be facing unique socio-economic challenges and barriers to accessing mental health care. By understanding their specific needs and life circumstances, you will facilitate meaningful therapeutic relationships and tailored interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Valid independent licensure in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) recognized in the USA.

• A minimum of a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrable experience managing a large caseload and collaborating with extensive health care providers and support staff.
\n
• Exemplary communication skills, both for electronic correspondence and face-to-face interaction.
\n
• Commitment to addressing the mental health needs of diverse populations, with a focus on behavior change and effective treatment outcomes.

• A strong command of electronic medical record systems and the ability to leverage technology to enhance patient care.

• A valid driver’s license and the capability to travel to clients’ homes, including veterans' facilities, as needed.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this role is between USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
