Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and utilize standardized screening tools to identify clients' mental health concerns, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences, employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging active participation and open dialogue to support client growth and healing.

• Employ a collaborative approach, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate care and address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Generate and maintain thorough, precise, and confidential records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards to uphold the integrity of client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with clients from different cultural backgrounds and with distinct life experiences, allowing you to develop your cultural competence and adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet varied client needs.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in communication and interpersonal interactions, enabling you to build rapport with clients and foster a therapeutic alliance.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
