Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs, strengths, and challenges, which will guide tailored treatment plans.

• Emergency Intervention: Engage in crisis situations by providing immediate support and interventions, particularly for clients experiencing acute mental health issues or substance abuse crises.

• Family Interventions: Assess family needs and facilitate connections to local community resources that can provide ongoing support, ensuring an integrated approach to mental health.

• Documentation: Maintain meticulous clinical records, documenting patient histories, assessment results, treatment plans, and progress updates in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Education and Collaboration: Educate team members about clients’ psychosocial challenges to cultivate an informed, multidisciplinary team approach, enhancing treatment outcomes for families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and domestic violence issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• You must hold current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
