This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining operational ties to our outpatient office. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required based on patient scheduling needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Deliver psychoeducational and support group sessions, addressing common concerns around mental health and fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
