This position is fully remote, allowing our therapists the flexibility to support clients from the comfort of their own homes. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing a structured schedule that fosters a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to individuals seeking relief from stress, anxiety, and related mental health concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing intervention strategies as per individual needs.

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques within therapy sessions to promote greater self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Lead engaging group workshops centered on mindfulness techniques, stress management strategies, and resilience-building methods aimed at fostering community support.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to develop integrated treatment plans that enhance therapeutic outcomes through holistic care.

• Document client progress meticulously, including mindfulness techniques utilized and treatment adjustments required for ongoing effectiveness.

• Actively participate in personal mindfulness practice and attend ongoing professional development sessions to stay abreast of new methodologies in mindfulness practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated ability to integrate mindfulness-based approaches into therapeutic practices.
