Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrable experience in delivering effective individual and group therapy with an emphasis on cultural competency.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, demonstrating calmness and strong judgment in emergencies.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in forming rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technological tools to manage patient information.

Compensation and Benefits\n
