Work Environment This role operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexible working arrangements while maintaining regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Utilizing our telehealth services, you will connect with clients via video conferencing, creating a safe and confidential space for discussions. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, strengths, and challenges. Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring each plan is tailored to individual needs. Utilize therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), effectively addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to guidelines set forth by HIPAA and our internal policies to ensure client confidentiality. Actively participate in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop integrated care strategies. Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote ongoing clinical growth and provide the best possible care. Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, offering resources and guidance on treatment options available within the community. Stay informed of the latest developments and best practices in mental health therapy to enhance the quality of care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele ranges widely, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other significant mental health issues. Qualifications A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey. Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and the ability to adapt them to various client scenarios. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trust with clients. Analytical skills to navigate complex client situations and foster positive outcomes. A collaborative spirit, valuing teamwork and contributing to a supportive environment. Preferred Experience Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly with telehealth modalities, is highly desirable. Familiarity with client management software and teletherapy platforms enhances effectiveness in delivering quality care. Continuing education or advanced training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic practices. Compensation and Benefits Attractive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
