Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs and concerns of clients, using established diagnostic frameworks.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, marital conflicts, and trauma.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques while documenting all care according to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited program.

• An independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) with a preference for additional licenses in other states.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with providers.

• Knowledge and understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is a significant plus.
