Work Environment\n

This counseling role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while still being integrated within a supportive outpatient care setting. Our office operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts required based on patient availability. You will have the opportunity to engage with both patients and colleagues through virtual platforms, ensuring that you remain connected while working from the comfort of your home.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults who are facing challenges related to substance use disorders. Many patients will be at various stages of their recovery journey, requiring tailored support to navigate the complexities of their addiction and personal circumstances. Your effective communication and empathetic approach will help create a safe space for individuals and their families to explore recovery options and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of New Jersey.

  Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders and familiarity with recovery-oriented care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses. A sign-on bonus is also available for qualified candidates.
