Work Environment

The Physical Therapist role operates primarily in patients' homes within the Gainesville area. You will engage with patients in familiar surroundings, which aids in the therapy process and promotes comfort. The onsite nature of this job allows for a personalized approach to care, facilitating deeper relationships with patients and their families. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while you contribute significantly to patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments for 1-2 patients per hour, identifying individual rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.
• Utilize a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced physical modalities, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Set clear, measurable goals in collaboration with patients to monitor their progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions, treatment processes, and outcomes to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications
