Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, develop clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities suited to each client's specific circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Provide timely crisis intervention to clients undergoing acute mental health challenges, employing de-escalation strategies and support techniques.

• Create and maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with industry standards and ethical guidelines, including detailed treatment plans and progress notes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health providers to ensure a holistic treatment approach for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, therapy options, and community resources, serving as an advocate for their needs and rights.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of two years of related professional experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
