Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at our hospice center, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Administering evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), that align with the unique preferences and backgrounds of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinic standards.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and participating in professional peer review meetings to refine clinical practices and improve outcomes.

• Providing education to clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass a diverse array of patients experiencing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment disorders, particularly within a hospice setting. You will support individuals and families navigating complex emotional landscapes, ensuring they receive compassionate and comprehensive care tailored to their specific situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience focused on providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
