Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and substance use disorders, crafting individualized treatment plans based on initial evaluations and ongoing progress.

• Utilize telehealth technology to engage clients in therapy sessions, offering support and guidance for a variety of mental health issues—including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance dependence.

• Perform prior authorization reviews to ensure the medical appropriateness of treatment plans, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

• Engage in concurrent reviews to determine inpatient needs, develop effective discharge plans, and follow up with clients upon discharge to monitor their progress.

• Collaborate with other behavioral health specialists to analyze client data, using insights to improve the quality and effectiveness of care.

• Provide education to clients and their families about the mental health service utilization process, fostering understanding and engagement in their care.
\n
• Participate actively in integrated rounds and case staffing meetings, presenting complex cases and contributing to multidisciplinary care discussions.

• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, ensuring a high standard of care and ethical practice in teletherapy.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the health clinic.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

InStride Health Associates offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
