Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, monitoring their progress and stability, and facilitating discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continually assess person-centered treatment plans, ensuring alignment with clients' unique needs and goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for all clients, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine appropriateness for services and develop initial treatment strategies.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure coordinated care and address clients' broader needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population, including adults, children, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. Our clients often seek treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional and behavioral issues, requiring a counselor who can utilize a range of therapeutic techniques to effectively support their healing journey. Your role will directly contribute to improving clients' well-being and fostering community resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using digital tools for client management, including spreadsheets, RMS systems, email communication (Outlook), and specific practice management software (PIMSY).

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, along with expertise in conducting intake assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Greatmind Seattle Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service payment model enables you to be compensated ahead of collections, alleviating financial stress.
