Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns, using standardized tools and personalized interviews to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting interventions to meet the unique needs and aspirations of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when clients experience acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilizing their condition.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessment results, treatment progress, and modifications to treatment plans, in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, effective treatment options, and community resources available to support their journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
