ServiceMaster CDR is looking for a high-energy, self-driven Restoration Business Development Manager to join our growing team! What You’ll Do: As a Business Development Manager you’ll be the face of ServiceMaster CDR—connecting with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and business owners to generate leads and grow our brand presence in the Westside Cleveland market. You’ll build genuine relationships, attend local events, host coffee chats or lunch-and-learns, and help make sure that when disaster hits, people know exactly who to call: YOU and ServiceMaster CDR. You’ll play a direct role in helping people recover from fires, floods, mold, and more. You’ll be supported by a rockstar team of restoration professionals who are passionate about what they do. What We’re Looking For: A confident communicator who thrives on making connections Someone who is familiar with sales in the Western Cleveland area Someone with a background in sales, marketing, or customer service (bonus if you’ve worked in restoration or insurance!) A go-getter who’s organized, goal-oriented, and ready to hustle Comfortable speaking to groups and representing a professional brand A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be on the move!)
