Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Apply various evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote mental wellness.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care strategies to empower their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance effectiveness and address evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatments to refine therapeutic practices.
