Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand each client’s unique challenges, stressors, and aspirations, which will guide tailored mindfulness practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions rooted in mindfulness, including guided meditation, deep-breathing techniques, and cognitive restructuring to improve emotional regulation and reduce anxiety.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques that foster community and shared experiences.

Qualifications\n
