Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor working at our teen and young adult outpatient treatment center, you will engage in a variety of impactful activities, including but not limited to:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic and supportive group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences, learn from one another, and build a sense of community.

• Individual Counseling: Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, helping them explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals and treatment preferences, making use of client input for crafting actionable steps toward their recovery.

• Progress Monitoring: Employ various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to improve effectiveness.
