Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the hospice context.

• Manage your own caseload with diverse clients, including conducting intake assessments and follow-up sessions.

• Document all client interactions and progress notes promptly and accurately using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

• Coordinate appointments, ensuring a well-organized calendar of sessions, while accommodating clients' schedules.

• Engage in team meetings to share insights, strategies, and foster a collaborative environment.

• Utilize a billing service for claims management, client accounts receivable, and insurance verification, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients facing end-of-life challenges, allowing you to provide crucial support to not only individuals but also couples and families navigating complex emotional landscapes. The goal is to bring comfort, understanding, and professional guidance during some of life's most challenging moments.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license is required for independent practice.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.
