Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, enabling you to create personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches to treat individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate treatment efforts and ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy during challenging situations.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues and de-stigmatize seeking help in various populations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license as a Mental Health Counselor, including LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, with the ability to engage and work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing for the timely completion of documentation and follow-up tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a community mental health setting is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation.

• Previous involvement in community outreach or educational initiatives related to mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
