Summary Verve Motion is building a world‑class team to commercialize wearable solutions that augment and protect industry workers across multiple verticals. Our lightweight, connected wearable system can be worn all day, every day by industry associates to reduce fatigue, mitigate risk of injury, and enhance worker safety and experience. Role We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales as we work towards creating the warehouse of the future. Responsibilities Direct experience implementing change in warehouse operations and/or logistics environments 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Management Consulting, or other client‑facing roles within warehouse operations and/or logistics Experience creating and delivering executive presentations, and working with enterprise organizations in multicultural business environments Experience coordinating and driving action across cross‑functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services) Strong bias for action and customer impact Ability to expertly demonstrate Verve Motion technology to end users Proven ability to develop champions, build stakeholder mindshare, and close business at the VP and C‑suite levels Candidate Profile Thrives on solving problems, developing independent perspectives, and structuring information and initiatives to drive meaningful outcomes Communicates clearly and effectively across all levels of an organization, from operations and EHS teams to C‑level executives Has direct experience implementing operational change and/or deploying business technology systems in operational environments Is customer‑focused and excited to partner with customers to deliver measurable impact Is resourceful, adaptable, and understands that every customer sees the world differently Is willing and able to travel (estimated 40%) Has negotiated six‑ and seven‑figure, multi‑year deals with multinational companies Has consistently met or exceeded quota in a fast‑paced technology company environment Benefits The opportunity to make an immediate and visible impact in a fast‑growing company with lots of potential as we work towards transforming worker safety, well‑being, and experience of millions of workers in the US.
