Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses. This includes understanding their history, symptoms, and goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities to support client objectives.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients facing immediate mental health emergencies, enabling them to stabilize and access necessary resources.

• Maintain comprehensive and secure client records, ensuring all documentation aligns with ethical standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care, engage in case discussions, and coordinate treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Therapist with an active LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW designation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
