Work Environment\n

Our flexible remote setting fosters a supportive and collaborative culture. You will engage in regular consultations with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. Meetings and training sessions will take place virtually, ensuring you remain connected and involved while accommodating your personal schedule. Our typical work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility for evening hours may be required to accommodate the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other treatment professionals to ensure cohesive and well-rounded healthcare for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support in high-pressure situations involving mental health emergencies.

• Educate families about mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation to comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents experiencing a diverse range of mental health issues. This includes young individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related challenges, and behavioral issues. By creating a nurturing space and employing tailored therapeutic approaches, you will play an essential role in guiding these youth toward improved emotional health and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Proficient understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Experience conducting therapy with children and families, demonstrating effective intervention practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a compassionate, child-centered outlook.

• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, specifically focusing on child and adolescent therapy. Compensation and Benefits\n
