Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations, to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide integrated and holistic care that addresses the needs of patients.

• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, then devising tailored treatment plans pertinent to each patient's unique conditions.

• Administering vaccines and medications while educating patients on preventive health measures and encouraging lifestyle modifications for improved health outcomes.

• Monitoring chronic conditions, adjusting treatment regimens as needed, and coordinating referrals to specialists when appropriate.

• Ensuring accurate, timely documentation of all patient interactions via the EPIC EMR system to maintain continuity and quality of care.

• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

• Providing compassionate, patient-centered care to build trust and rapport with patients and their families.

• Strictly adhering to all healthcare regulations and ensuring patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

• A Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies is required.

• Strong skills in active listening, critical thinking, and effective communication along with proficiency in time management and decision-making are essential.

• Experience in a family practice or primary care clinic preferred, focusing on preventive care approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $180,000 per year, dependent on experience.
