Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized therapy plans for clients to address their specific mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to deliver effective treatment.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, family counseling, and individual therapy to promote healing and personal development.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and medical staff, to provide holistic client care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in client documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, trainings, and conferences to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
