Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible client care, participating in case discussions and treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software to streamline documentation.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying updated on mental health research, enhancing skills and knowledge in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work primarily with diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.

• Offering a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
