This remote role allows you to maintain a flexible schedule while working in an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their unique needs.

• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions, tailoring your approach based on your assessment findings.

• Manage critical documentation tasks, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring these are completed accurately and on time.
\n
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to support clients in maintaining stable functionality and wellness.
\n
• Create thorough discharge plans for clients transitioning out of therapy, ensuring continuity of care and follow-up as necessary.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all federal and state regulations, along with our internal policies and procedures, to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through mandatory training and continuing education opportunities.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to foster collaboration and share insights with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will be empowered to implement evidence-based approaches specifically designed to address the diverse needs of our clientele, ensuring that each patient receives personalized care that fosters healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field required, which leads to licensure.

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in the State of Colorado.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a strong commitment to culturally responsive practices.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, dependent on your licensure and experience. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
