Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms for clients facing various psychological and emotional challenges.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and approaches.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and other therapists, to create integrated treatment strategies.

• Empower clients by encouraging their active participation in the therapeutic process, fostering their ability to manage their mental health and wellness effectively.

• Provide guidance and support for clients dealing with the emotional aspects of chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.

• Document and maintain accurate client records, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing children, adults, families, and couples facing a range of mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will work with clients experiencing issues related to chronic pain, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and social justice concerns, ensuring that our services meet the unique needs of each individual or family unit.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
