Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that inform treatment planning to tailor therapy sessions to the specific needs of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices for both individual and group therapy.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, utilizing a range of techniques to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their mental health goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, support staff, and family members to coordinate care and enhance the therapy experience.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to contribute insights on therapeutic practices and team dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Road To Therapy, you will work with a diverse range of clients comprising individuals, couples, and families. You will address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your expertise will directly impact client outcomes, fostering a pathway toward recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is required, demonstrating a depth of understanding in therapeutic practices.
