**Experience and Skills Required:** - Oncology experience required, including inpatient oncology and management of complications from blood cancers - 1 year of experience required - Administration of chemotherapy, antibiotics, antiemetics, and IVs (starting and maintaining) - Accessing/Managing Ports - Administration of blood & blood products - Central line blood draw and Central Line/Implanted Line Care - PICC line care - Foley catheter insertion/management - Isolation Precautions/PPE - Telemetry Interpretation and monitoring - Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias required - Floating throughout the Oncology department is required **Certifications:** - ONS/ONCC (Oncology Nursing Society/Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) - Chemo certification required - **Will need to pass Relias EKG exam** **Charting and Technical Skills:** - Preferred experience with Epic charting system **Contract and Compliance:** - RNs required to obtain ACLS by compliance deadline - Must complete specified pre-start modules within set deadlines - MO or compact license required, IL license in hand at time of submittal - No local candidates accepted within a 75 mile radius **Special Procedures/Equipment:** - Auto stem cell transplants - Chemotherapy administration **Work Environment:** - Magnet & Teaching Hospital / Level I Trauma Center - Short Term Acute Care facility **Additional Notes:** - Every other weekend required - First time travelers accepted - Navy Blue scrubs required
