Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques to provide counseling services to individuals and families experiencing emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, and collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive initial discharge plans tailored to their needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions in accordance with client treatment plans, ensuring each session is productive and focused on achievable goals.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client progress, coordinating additional services as needed.

• Maintain meticulous documentation for therapy sessions in compliance with professional standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Manage an assigned caseload efficiently while participating in treatment team meetings to collaborate on the delivery of integrated care.

• Uphold a high standard of empathy, professionalism, and positivity in all interactions with clients, promptly addressing any unmet needs or concerns.

• Be aware of and act upon the importance of patient safety in all clinical engagements and settings.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the clinic's leadership that align with the mission to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
