This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance. You will engage with clients via teletherapy, utilizing secure platforms designed to ensure confidentiality and ease of access. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to focus on high-quality patient care without the demands of weekend work.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status, specifically focusing on the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, including depression and anxiety.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans targeting individual client needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Utilize recognized therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective treatment interventions.

• Educate clients and their families on the complexities of mood disorders, involving them in discussions about treatment options and self-management techniques.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and evolving needs.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, objective, and confidential documentation of assessments and treatment processes in compliance with ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and enhance mutual understanding of best practices in mood disorder treatment.

• Advocate for the mental health needs of clients, fostering an environment of support and understanding around mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mood disorders, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Anxiety Disorders. Your role involves not only providing therapeutic support but also empowering clients by equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective self-care and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid professional licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment methods, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacological treatments and the capability to work collaboratively within a medical team.

• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build meaningful rapport across diverse groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
