Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans rooted in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, and ACT.

• Engage with clients during crisis management situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and intervention methods to provide immediate support.

• Collect, analyze, and document patient data effectively to track progress, gauge treatment outcomes, and inform future therapeutic decisions.

• Ensure a professional, secure, and confidential virtual therapeutic environment that fosters trust and openness with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with patients of all ages, including children and adolescents, addressing their specific developmental needs and fostering resilience across the lifespan. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting the level of experience and qualifications brought to the team.
