Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that our clients receive the high-quality care they deserve. Our outpatient office setting is equipped with the necessary tools and systems to facilitate effective virtual counseling sessions. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client’s mental health history, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals and address specific mental health challenges.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and mood disorders. As a counselor, you will be entrusted with tailoring therapy to suit the diverse backgrounds and contexts of your clients, building rapport, trust, and a supportive therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
