Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to diagnose patients' mental health needs based on established criteria.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, and solution-focused therapy tailored to individual needs.

• Coordinate care with school psychologists, educational staff, and primary care providers to provide a seamless and integrated approach to student wellness.

• Utilize telehealth tools to monitor treatment progress, engaging with clients both remotely and in-person as necessary.

• Support medication management protocols by working alongside prescribing medical professionals to help students adhere to their treatment plans and monitor any side effects.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to discuss strategies for case management and best practices in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently in mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the State of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
