Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the unique needs of each patient and develop customized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy in individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups tailored to address common mental health challenges and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health issues, assisting them in navigating emergencies effectively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
