Work Environment\n

This position is designed to offer maximum flexibility and support for clinicians. As a remote role, you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week. All client interactions are conducted via secure telehealth platforms, with opportunities for scheduled in-person meetings for consultation purposes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide psychotherapy for a diverse clientele, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to individuals, couples, and families.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and under the supervision of licensed psychologists or psychiatrists.

• Utilize case management techniques to address clients' unique challenges and enhance their journey toward mental wellness.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, applying therapeutic strategies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and crisis intervention techniques.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders using the latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), working in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients dealing with dual diagnoses, including mental health and substance use disorders.

• Participate in regular team meetings to review case progress, share insights, and strategize interventions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

• Deliver crisis management strategies when necessary, ensuring clients receive timely and effective support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families facing various mental health challenges. The practice focuses on offering support for individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and dual diagnoses, providing tailored interventions that meet the specific needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field with an emphasis on marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LMFT license to practice in the state of New York.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services is required.

• Proficient in telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
