What You Will Do
- Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing potential clients in the government and defense sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the unique value proposition of our client's solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored sales strategies that meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral to support growth initiatives.
- 0-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to engage with clients and articulate complex solutions in a compelling manner.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and experience using CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Experience in the defense or government sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI and software development concepts.
- Prior experience in a startup environment and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
