Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students’ mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems, enabling targeted interventions.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans with specific goals, ensuring strategies are tailored to each student's unique needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, psychiatrists, and psychologists, to create cohesive treatment plans that address the academic and emotional wellness of students.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops, promoting knowledge and strategies for coping with emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, equipping students with coping strategies and resources in times of distress.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to effective communication and accountability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
