Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, challenges, and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the client's therapeutic goals.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Experience in teletherapy is preferred, as this role is conducted remotely.
