Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing evidence-based therapy to couples, focusing on their relational dynamics while also conducting individual sessions as necessary.

• Exploring various presenting issues including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, job stress, and adjustment challenges stemming from separation or divorce.

• Implementing effective treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with all regulatory standards, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative treatment approaches and maintain clinical standards.

• Engaging in continuous professional development to stay informed of the latest trends in mental health treatment and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes couples, individuals, and families who may be facing various challenges. Your expertise will be invaluable in assisting clients who are struggling with issues such as conflict resolution, mental health, blended family dynamics, separation anxiety, and other family-related stressors.
