Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interview techniques.

• Craft and execute tailored treatment plans that address specific goals, strengths, and challenges faced by each client, ensuring adjustments are made as progress is monitored.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic services, including individual therapy sessions, couples and family counseling, and group therapy, fostering an environment conducive to open communication and growth.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

• Continuously engage in professional development by staying updated with the latest research, evidence-based practices, and emerging trends in mental health.

• Advocate fiercely for clients’ rights and the accessibility of mental health resources within the community, establishing strong partnerships with local organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from varying backgrounds. Our diverse client base presents opportunities to address numerous mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various behavioral concerns. Your role will involve recognizing cultural nuances and adopting culturally competent practices to effectively engage and support each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited program.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A firm commitment to ethical practices and a culturally competent approach to mental health.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of establishing rapport with clients and collaborating with team members effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing your schedule and responsibilities efficiently while remaining part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 3 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting preferred, equipping you with the expertise to handle complex cases.

• Experience using Electronic Health Record systems or other relevant clinical software.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
