Work Environment

This position is solely onsite, providing therapy services in the homes of our patients. As a Home Care Physical Therapist, you will navigate various environments that may include houses, apartments, or assisted living facilities. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Evince, you will understand the nuances of collaborating with various healthcare professionals while delivering effective treatment. Your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of relevant physical therapy experience in a clinical setting.
• Current CPR certification to ensure emergency readiness.
