Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with medical and support staff to accurately diagnose and manage a variety of psychiatric disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including detailed assessments of clients' history with criminal activity and substance use.

• Perform regular documentation of patient care, while monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to ethical standards and reporting mandates.

• Provide on-call crisis services and emergency consultations, demonstrating clinical precision while assessing and documenting suicide risk.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, therapeutic counseling, and mindfulness techniques, especially in challenging situations.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among care teams, ensuring continuity of care across disciplines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with mothers facing diverse challenges, including mental health concerns influenced by socioeconomic factors. Your expertise will guide clients from underrepresented communities who may have limited access to mental health resources. Your role is to empower these individuals by providing them with therapeutic support tailored to navigate their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A valid, independent mental health license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

• A master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 50,000 to USD 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
