Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will engage in a range of tasks aimed at helping clients achieve their treatment goals:

• Deliver evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintain accurate session notes and ensure all client documentation is completed promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse adult and adolescent populations struggling with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By building strong therapeutic relationships, you will be instrumental in providing the support and guidance necessary to help clients navigate their journeys toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A fully licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
