Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to formulate comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments and recognized social work interventions.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with local community resource groups, actively representing the organization at meetings and contributing to committees addressing the social needs of our patient demographic.

• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention for clients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, employing specialized techniques and treatment modalities to manage their situations effectively.

• Communicate proactively with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers, sharing patient progress, concerns, and any evolving needs that may affect treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, including clinical records and progress notes, in adherence to the organization’s policies and applicable regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. This role involves working with individuals in an outpatient setting, addressing their unique psychological needs through tailored therapeutic interventions and support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory to qualify for this role.

• A valid and active license in the State of Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Ability to foster collaborative professional relationships with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and clients through clear and effective communication both verbally and in writing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
