Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to a diverse array of clients, adapting your therapeutic style to meet varying needs and preferences.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives.

• Develop and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at achieving clients’ goals and fostering sustainable growth.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to provide coordinated care, ensuring a holistic approach to health and well-being.

• Document all client interactions accurately and timely, maintaining thorough records of treatment progress and any adjustments to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population spans individuals of all ages, from children to seniors, who face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, providing you with a rich and rewarding professional experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), enabling you to practice independently without supervision.

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no documented disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong decision-making capabilities, allowing you to make informed evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate disposition, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to Telehealth practice, ensuring seamless communication with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

We highly value candidates with experience in delivering teletherapy services and those who are familiar with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities. Experience in working in behavioral health teams or with a diverse client population is a plus.
