Work Environment\n

This role is structured as a remote position, allowing for flexibility while maintaining strong connectivity with our clinical team. You will be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to therapy and treatment within our community health context. Although much of the work will occur virtually, occasional travel to various clinic sites will be necessary for team meetings, training sessions, and local outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and recommend appropriate interventions. This includes identifying the need for additional services and making referrals to community-based programs and resources.

• Collaborate with clinic leadership to perform annual training needs assessments as per program guidelines, ensuring that our clinical staff remain proficient and informed on best practices.
\n
• Engage in regular discussions with management to oversee case reviews, clinical issues, and personnel matters while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and patient care.
\n
• Oversee daily activities of behavioral health therapists, including assigning tasks, conducting annual performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to clinical policies and procedures.
\n
• Maintain accurate daily documentation of clinical productivity as required, using electronic health record systems to track and report on therapy sessions and outcomes.
\n
• Participate actively in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of therapy delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with behavioral and psychiatric conditions. Our patient population may include children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds who seek mental health support and guidance.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work is required, along with a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

• Experience working within a medical or clinical setting is preferred, with an emphasis on the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and community service providers.

• This position may require occasional travel to other clinic locations, meetings, and professional development events, so a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
